Read the following:-

ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, after careful
examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra
Pradesh, Government hereby appoint the following candidates mentioned in
column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in
Srikakulam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the
charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier,
with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand five hundred
only) per month, as per the existing rules.

2. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is
requested to take necessary action accordingly.
3. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary
Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section
13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor
of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following candidates mentioned in column
(2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in
Srikakulam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the
charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with
a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) per
month, as per the existing rules.

4. The above appointments are subject to the following conditions, namely:,
(a) If any of the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15)
days from the date of issue of the notification, they shall forfeit their
claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class;
(b) They will be removed without being called upon to show cause, if
they fails to attend three consecutive sittings of the Court, without
written permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
