G.O.Ms.No.75, Home(Courts.C) Department, dated: 01-05-2008. **** ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above, after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Government hereby appoint the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in Srikakulam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand five hundred only) per month, as per the existing rules. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in Srikakulam District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred only) per month, as per the existing rules.
