Read the following:-
1. G.O.Rt.No. 583, General Administration (OPIII) Dept, Law, dated 26-10-1988.
2. G.O.Rt.No. 314, Law (M.Tel) Dept, dated 10-2-2012
3. From S. Balasubramanyam, Deputy Draftsman to Government, (Telugu), Law
department, Telephone Bill A/C No. 9000306877 dt. 06-03-2012 and Payment
of receipt No. 888883309413 dt. 09-03-2012.

O R D E R:-
In the G.O. second read above, orders were issued permitting conversion of the
personal telephone bearing No 24024594 of Sri S. Balasubramanyam, Deputy Draftsman
to Government, (Telugu), Law Department as official Telephone for the purpose of
settlement of telephone bill, subject to the ceiling limit of 1000 calls per two months
including free calls and without STD Facility.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri S. Balasubramanyam, Deputy Draftsman to
Government, (Telugu), Law Department has submitted telephone bill for the month of
February of his residential Telephone bearing No. 24024594 along with a receipt for an
amount of Rs. 904/- (Rupees nine hundred and four only) towards payment made and
requested to reimburse the eligible amount.
3. The Officer is not eligible for Broadband charges for an amount of Rs 500/-
(Rupees five hundred only) out of bill amount of Rs. 904/- (Rupees nine hundred and four
only) and he is eligible for an amount of Rs. 404/-(Rupees four hundred and four only)
4. Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs, 404/-(Rupees
four hundred and four only) to Sri S. Balasubramanyam, Deputy Draftsman to
Government, (Telugu), Law Department, towards telephone charges paid by him in respect
of his residential telephone No. 24024594 during the month of February-2012
5. The Deputy Pay and Accounts officer, Secretariat Branch Hyderabad is requested to
issue a cheque for Rs. 404/- (Rupees four hundred and four only) in favour of S.
Balasubramanyam, Deputy Draftsman to Government, (Telugu), Law Department.

5. The amount sanctioned at para (4) above shall be debited to the Major Head” 2052
Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office expenses -
131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
