Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs 3,146/- (Rupees three
thousand one hundred and forty six only) towards the Telephone bill for the months of
January and February -2012 in respect of office Telephone No: 23450476 (Free No.
23450806) installed in the Chambers of Sri. A. Shankar Narayana, Secretary to
Government, Legislative Affairs & Justice, Law Department, A.P. Secretariat,
Hyderabad.
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat, Branch is requested to credit the amount to the
Bank Account No. CBCA 01000076, Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK, Branch.
SIDDAMBAR BAZAR, MICR No. 500017007, and IFSC Code Number:
CORP0000043.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head
“2052 Secretariat General Services - 090 Secretariat 010 Law Department-130 Office
expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
