From the District Collector, Mahabubnagar, Proceedings No.C3/1019/2011, dated 18.01.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Mahabubnagar has stated that the term of Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts, Shadnagar expired on 18.07.2011 and he has continued him beyond his term till a new candidate is appointed by the Government or till termination of his services whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby, ratify the action of the District Collector, Mahabubnagar in having continued Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts, Shadnagar, till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier. 3. The District Collector, Mahabubnagar, is requested to furnish a panel of five (5) names of eligible Advocates for appointment to the post of Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts, Shadnagar, duly considering the eligible Advocates belonging to OC/BC/SC/ST and Women categories, as per the instructions in force, immediately.
