From the District Collector, Nalgonda, Proceedings No.A1/9374/2011, dated 03.01.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Nalgonda has stated that the term of Sri G. Srinivas Reddy, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior Civil Judge’s Court (L.A. Cases), Bhongir, Nalgonda expired on 02.12.2011 and he has continued him beyond his term till a new candidate is appointed by the Government or till termination of his services whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby ratify the action of the District Collector, Nalgonda in having continued Sri G. Srinivas Reddy, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior Civil Judge’s Court (L.A. Cases), Bhongir, till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier. 3. The District Collector, Nalgonda is requested to furnish a panel of five names of Advocates for appointment to the post of Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior Civil Judge’s Court (L.A.
