From the District Collector, Srikakulam, Proceedings Rc.No.506/2008 C1, dated 31.01.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Srikakulam has stated that the term of Sri I. Sreeramulunaidu, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts, Rajam expired on 30.01.2012 and he has continued him beyond his term till a regular Law Officer is appointed by the Government or till termination of his services whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby ratify the action of the District Collector, Srikakulam in having continued Sri.I.Sreeramulunaidu, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges' Courts, Rajam till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier. 3. The District Collector, Srikakulam, is requested to furnish a panel of five names of Advocates for appointment to the post of Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges’ Courts, Rajam, immediately, duly considering the eligible Advocates belonging to OC/BC/SC/ST and Women categories, as per the instructions in force.
