ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above, Government accorded to renew the
recurring grant of Rs.5.00 Lakhs per annum for a further period of 5 years to the Andhra
Pradesh High Court Advocates' Association for computerisation and other improvements
of Library and Association.
2. In the G.O.second read above, Law Department have sanctioned the
recurring grant of Rs.1.25 Lakhs (Rupees One lakh twenty five thousand only) as 1st
quarter in the current Financial Year 2011-12 to the Andhra Pradesh High Court
Advocates' Association for computerisation and other improvements of Library and
Association.
3. In the G.O.third read above, Law Department have sanctioned the
recurring grant of Rs.2.50 Lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs fifty thousand only) as 2nd and 3rd
quarters in the current Financial Year 2011-12 to the Andhra Pradesh High Court
Advocates' Association for computerisation and other improvements of Library and
Association.
4. In the reference fourth read above, the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh High
Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad has requested to grant an amount of Rs. 1.25
Lakhs to the said Association for computerisation and other improvements of Library and
Association as 4th quarter in the current Financial Year 2011-12.

5. In the G.O. fifth read above, the Finance (Exp.Home) Department have
issued Budget Release Order to the extent of Rs.1.00 Lakhs to the Law Department under
the said Head of Account and Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) is already
available under the said account in the Law Department.
6. Accordingly, the Government hereby accord sanction the recurring grant
of Rs.1.25 Lakhs (Rupees One lakh twenty five thousand only) as 4th quarter in the
current Financial Year 2011-12 to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates'
Association for computerisation and other improvements of Library and Association.
7. The expenditure shall be debited to "2014 - Administration of Justice -
800 - Other Expenditure - 07 - Assistance to Associations and Organizations - 310-
Grants-in-aid- 312 - Other Grants-in-Aid".
8. The Registrar, Administration, High Court of Andhr Pradesh is authorised
to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (6) above to the President, Andhra
Pradesh High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad subject to following the
conditions, namely:-
(i) Government reserves the right to have the accounts of the above grant
of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad audited by the
Accountant General, A.P. as and when they think fit to satisfy themselves generally
regarding the manner in which the amount is spent by the said Association.
(ii) The grant shall be spent for the purpose for which it is granted and the
utilisation certificate with statement of expenditure along with vouchers shall be
communicated to the Government.
(iii) The portion of amount unspent, if any, shall be duly surrendered to
the Government immediately.
9. This order issue with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.H & L) Department
vide their U.O.No. 7624/97/A2/Exp.Home/2012, dated 20-03-2012.
