G.O.Ms.No.106, LAW (LA&J-SC.F) Dept., dt.14..7.2006 2. Electricity bill E.R.O.,A50/2237,E.R.O., Banjara Hills for Rs.1643/- & Payment receipt dt.16.2.2012 for the month of January, 2012 and Electricity Bill & Payment receipt dt.13.3.2012 for the month February, 2012 for Rs.1823/- (including user charges of Rs.10/-) --- ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, permission was accorded to Judicial officers posted on other duty as Secretary to Government, Law Department to incur 1/2 of the total consumption of electricity charges of his residential building during his tenure in the Department. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the officer has submitted electricity bill for the month of January, 2012 for Rs.1643/- and the Electricity Bill for the month of February, 2012 for Rs.1823/- ( including usercharges of Rs.10/-) in respect of flat No.301, Judges quarters, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad . 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,733/- (Rupees One thousand seven hundred and thirty three only) to Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs & Justice, Law Department towards reimbursement of 50% of the electricity charges of his residential building for the months of January, 2012 and February, 2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052-Secretariat General Services -090- Secretariat-10- Law Department -130 - Office expenses -133 Water & Electricity Charges. p.t.o.-2- 5.
