(SC.X) Deptt., Dated 11.7.2008. 3. From Sri N.Gulzar, I.A.S, Collector & Dist. Magistrate, Hyderabad Letter Lr.No. A1/5507/2010, Dtd. 08.12.2011. 4. Memo No. 654/SC.X/A1/2011-1 , Dtd. 07.01.2012. 5. From the CSS, GCD,A.P., Hyd letter Rc.No. 112/CDS/11, Dt. 21.01.2012. *** ORDER: Sri N. Gulzar, I.A.S, Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad through the letter 3rd read above has submitted two medical claims for an amount of Rs.1,878/- & Rs. 478/-(totaling Rs.2,356/-), towards treatment obtained for self and spouse for “Arthritis & Infected acne” as out patients during the period from 22.08.2011 to 08.12.2011 at District Surveillance Officer, O/o the District Medical & Health Officer, Hyderabad and requested for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bills and indicated through the letter 5th read above, that the admissible amount is Rs. 2,338/-, for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.2,338/- (Rupees two thousand three hundred and thirty eight only) to Sri N.Gulzar, I.A.S, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment obtained for self and spouse for “ Arthritis & Infected acne” as out patients during the period from 22.08.2011 to 08.12.2011 at Dist. Surveillance Officer, O/o the Dist. Medical & Health Officer, Hyderabad, under the All India Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954 and as per the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st & 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o the Collector & Dist. Magistrate, Hyderabad, is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para three above to Sri N.Gulzar, I.A.S, Collector & District Magistrate, Hyderabad, duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5.
