From the Advocate General for the State of A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.No.212/2012, dated: 01.03.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 4th read above, the Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.2,27,500/- (Rupees two lakh twenty seven thousand and five hundred only) towards day fees for his appearance before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of various departments for the month of February, 2012. 2. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.2,27,500/- (Rupees two lakh twenty seven thousand and five hundred only) to Sri.A.Sudarshan Reddy, Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, towards day fees for his appearance before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in certain cases of various departments for the month of February, 2012. 3. The expenditure sanctioned at Para (2) above shall be debited to “2014 – Administration of Justice, 114 – Legal Advisors & Counsels, 04 – Legal Advisors and Counsels, 280 – Professional Services, 281 – Pleaders Fees (Non-plan)”. 4.
