Public Prosecutor, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.S.C.Opinion No.59/2011/PNR, dt.19.1.2012. &&&& ORDER: In the reference read above, the Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad has opined that it is a fit case to prefer an appeal before the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, against the orders of High Court dated:02.08.2011 in Criminal Petition No.6250/2011 on the file of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyd., hereby decided to file a petition for leave to appeal before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi against the orders dated:02.08.2011 of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in Criminal Petition No.6250/2011. 3. Accordingly, a copy of the opinion of Public Prosecutor, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad together with its enclosures in original are herewith forwarded to the Special Officer, Office of the Advocate-on-Records, for State of Andhra Pradesh at New Delhi to take immediate action to file an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India New Delhi together with a petition for condoning the delay against the orders of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad dated 02.08.2011 in Criminal Petition No.6250/2011. 4.
