From Registrar (Vigilance) High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, Letter R.O.C.No. 2336/E1/1994, dated 21.03.2012. *** O R D E R : In the G.O. 1st read above the Government have issued orders for establishment of Junior Civil Judge Court at Kothuru, Srikakulam District and in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have accorded sanction of staff and expenditure to the newly established Junior Civil Judge Court at Kothuru, Srikakulam District. 2. In the letter 3rd read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue Notifications, under the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972. 3. The following Notifications will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette : NOTIFICATION-I In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby establish a Court of Junior Civil Judge at Kothuru in the District of Srikakulam as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms.No.136, Law(LA&J- Home-Courts.C)Department, dated:29-11-2011 and G.O.Ms.No.268, Finance (SMPC-I)Department, dated:23-12-2011 with effect from the date on which the Officer posted assumes charge. NOTIFICATION-II In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kothuru in the District of Srikakulam as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms.No.136, Law(LA&J-Home-Courts.C)Department, dated:29-11-2011 and G.O.Ms.No.268, Finance (SMPC-I)Department, dated:23-12-2011 with effect from the date on which the Officer posted assumes charge. (P.T.O.):: 02 :: NOTIFICATION-III In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and in partial modification of all previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that consequent on the establishment of a Junior Civil Judge’s Court at Kothuru in Srikakulam District, as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms.No.136, Law (LA&J-Home-Courts.C) Department, dated:29-11-2011 and G.O.Ms.No.268, Finance (SMPC-I) Department, dated:23-12-2011, the Courts of Senior Civil Judges mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below shall have and exercise jurisdiction within the local limits mentioned in the corresponding entry in Column (3) thereof. JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION-I In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 read with sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in partial modification of the previous Notifications issued on the subject hereby directs that with effect on and from the date on which the Junior Civil Judge appointed for the Court of Junior Civil Judge at Kothuru in Srikakulam District, as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.136, Law (LA&J-Home-Cts.C) Department, dated:29-11-2011 and G.O.Ms.No.268, Finance (SMPC-I) Department, dated:23-12-2011, assumes charge, and shall sit at the place mentioned in Column No. (3) of the Table below, the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Courts mentioned in column No.(2) shall be over the Revenue Mandals as shown in Column No. (4) thereof.
