O. Rt.No. 578 DATE:08.02.2012 Read the following: 1. From the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, Letter No. 591/9/ICS/2012 (Venezuela), dated: 04.02.2012. 2. G.O.Rt. No.2444, General Administration (Spl.D) Dept, dated: 17.05.2010. --:0:-- ORDER: In the letter first read above, the Principal Secretary, Election Commission of India, New Delhi has intimated that the Election Commission of India, New Delhi have nominated Shri Bhanwar Lal, Chief Electoral Officer, Andhra Pradesh to participate as a Special Guest of the National Electoral Council of Venezuela in the International Electoral Accompaniment Programme of the primaries of the National Unity from 09.02.2012 to 13.02.2012 at Venezuela. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission to Shri Bhanwal Lal, I.A.S., Chief Electoral Officer, Andhra Pradesh and Principal Secretary to Government, to participate in the above said programme as a Special Guest commencing from 9th to 13th February, 2012 at Venezuela (Excluding Journey period). 3. The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which, the officer will draw grade pay and allowances which he would have drawn but for his visit to Venezuela. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G. O. Ms. No.124, Finance & Planning, dated: 31.8.2000, for drawal of T.A & D.A., read with Circular Memo.No. 32876-B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11-2002. 4. The Member of Service shall submit a report on the above visit to the Election Commission of India and the General Administration (Spl.D) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. 5. The expenditure on the above tour of the Officer ie., flight tickets, accommodation, food, internal transportation, etc., will be borne by the National Electoral Council of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. 6.
