Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 481/- (Rupees four hundred and
eighty one only) towards Telephone bill for the month of February-2012 in respect of
residential Telephone No. 20023959 installed at the residence of Sri. T.Narayana Reddy,
Additional Secretary to Government, Law Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat, Branch is requested to credit the amount to the
Name of the Account: Accounts Officer(Cash), Bank Account No. CA/01/005095;
Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK; Branch. G&H Park Lane, M.G. Road,
Secunderabad; MICR No. 500017005; and IFSC Code Number: CORP0000044.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head”

expenses - 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
