Lr.No.84/CDS/12, dt. 28-01-2012. ***** ORDER : In the circumstances stated in the references read above, Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount Rs.6,327/- (Rupees Six thousand three hundred and twenty seven only) to Sri V.Malla Reddy, Private Secretary to Minister for Tribal Welfare towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of CAD for himself during the period from 03-11-2011 to 01-01-2012 at Government Civil dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyd. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned above has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2251– Secretariat Social Services-MH(090) Secretariat – SH (05) Personal staff attached to the Ministers – (010) – Salaries - 017 allowances”. 3. The General Administration (Claims.A) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 5.
