State Human Rights Commission has requested the Government for allotment of additional funds of Rs.4.00 lakhs for purchase of furniture at the Official residence of Hon’ble Chairperson of A.P. State Human Rights Commission. 2. In the circumstances explained by the Secretary, A.P. State Human Rights Commission, administrative sanction for an additional amount of Rs.4.00 lakhs (Rupees Four lakhs only) is hereby accorded towards purchase of furniture at the Official residence of Hon’ble Chairperson of A.P. State Human Rights Commission in relaxation of ban on purchase of furniture and in relaxation of Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of Supplementary Grants during the Financial Year 2011-12 and also in relaxation of G.O.Ms.No.51, General Administration (HRC) Department Dated 30.1.2008. 3. The above expenditure shall be met from the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. third read above and shall be debited to “2014 – Administration of Justice – 800 – Other Expenditure – SH (15) – A.P. State Human Rights Commission – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 4. The Secretary, A.P. State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and submit necessary proposals for supplementary Grant to Finance Department at an appropriate time during the Financial year 2011-12. 5.
