Shankarnarayana, Secretary to Govt.(LA&J) Dt.17.3.2012. *** O R D E R: Under Rule 15-A read with Rule 15-E of the General Provident Fund (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, Government hereby accord sanction to Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, (Legislative Affairs & Justice) for part-final withdrawal of Rs. 34,00,000/- (Rupees thirty four lakhs only) from his GPF Account No. 14867/Judl. to meet the expenditure in connection with the purchase of ready built house at Plot No.89, Saketh Mithila, A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad and its renovation. 2. Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, (Legislative Affairs & Justice) is directed that purchase of the house should be done within three months of the withdrawal of amount and produce necessary deeds and papers, proving his title in respect of the property. He is informed that if any time before retirement, he parts with the possession of the house, without obtaining the previous permission of the sanctioning authority the sum withdrawn by himself shall forthwith be repaid in one lumpsum. He is requested to submit an annual declaration form not later than 1st of December of every year to the effect that the house continues to be in his possession. 3. Necessary particulars are furnished in the Appendix ‘O’ enclosed.
