Home & Law) Department, Dated:28-03-2012. *** O R D E R: The Government have allocated an amount of Rs.10 Crores (Rupees ten crores only) in the Budget Estimates 2011-2012 to the Andhra Pradesh University of Law, Visakhapatnam under PLAN, under the Head of Account “2014 Administration of Justice -800 Other Expenditure -11 NSP -13 University of Law, Visakhapatnam -310/312 - Other Grants-in-Aid”. 2. In the reference 1st read above, an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-(Rupees two crores fifty lakhs only) was sanctioned to the Andhra Pradesh University of Law, Visakhapatnam towards the 3rd installment under PLAN, under the Head of Account “2014 Administration of Justice - 800 Other Expenditure -11 NSP -13 University of Law, Visakhapatnam -310/312 - Other Grants- in-Aid”. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Registrar, A.P. University of Law, Visakhapatnam has submitted the Utilization Certificate for an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- (Rupees two core fifty lakhs only) towards 3rd quarter sanctioned and released under PLAN as Grant-in-Aid to the University for the Financial Year, 2011-2012 and requested to release the 4th quarter amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-(Rupees two crores fifty lakhs only) as Grant-in-Aid during the Financial Year 2011-2012. 4. In the reference 3rd read above, the Finance (Exp. Home & Law) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-(Rupees two crores fifty lakhs only) towards 4th quarter to the Law Department under PLAN from the Budget Estimates Provision of 2011-2012. 5. The Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-(Rupees two crores fifty lakhs only) to the A.P. University of Law, Visakhapatnam towards 4th installment as Grant-in-Aid under PLAN for the Financial Year 2011-2012 for the University. 6. The expenditure sanctioned in para (4) above, shall be debited to “2014- Administration of Justice -800 Other Expenditure -11 NSP -13 University of Law, Visakhapatnam -310/312 - Other Grants-in-Aid”.-2- 7. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Law Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (5) above to the A.P. University of Law, Visakhapatnam through a cheque from the Budget Estimates Provision 2011- 2012 released in the G.O. 3rd read above.
