ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.36,000/- (Rupees thirty six
thousand only ) to Asian Tours & Travels .H.No.9-4-212, OPP. Railway Station,
Secunderabad, towards the hiring charges for the months of January, 2012 and
February, 2012 to the Private Vehicle bearing No. AP 9X 7331 supplied for the use of
officers of Law Department, as per the bill 6th read above.
2. The expenditure towards payment of hired charges shall be debited to “2052 -
Secretariat General Services -090 Secretariat 10 -law Department -130 Office Expenses,
134 -Hiring of Private Vehicles.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is
requested to issue a cheque in favour of Asian Tours & Travels .H.No.9-4-212, OPP.
Railway Station, Secunderabad.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.
7187/92/A2/Expr.Home/2012, dt.27.3.2012.To
