(AP: 1987) – Ex-India Earned Leave and posting – Notified. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (SPECIAL.A) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 595 Dated: 09-02-2012, Read the following:- 1.From the Govt. of India, Ministry of Personnel, P.Gs.& Pensions, D.O.P.& T., Circular No.11019/06/2001-AIS-III,Dt.05-12-2007. 2.From Sri.D.Sreenivasulu, I.A.S (AP:1987), Secretary to Government, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories Dept – Letter dated 01-02-2012. -o0o- ORDER: Under A.I.S.(Leave) Rules, 1955, Sri.D.Sreenivasulu, I.A.S (AP:1987), Secretary to Government, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories Dept is granted Ex-India Earned Leave for (5) days from 06-02-2012 to 10-02-2012 (both days inclusive) with a permission to avail prefix and suffix the public holidays i.e, on 05-02-2012 (Sunday), 11-02-2012 (2nd Saturday) and 12 -02- 2012 (Sunday) and to leave the headquarters to go to South Africa on tourist- cum-study. The Member of Service is having 300+10 days of Earned Leave at his credit after deducting the leave now sanctioned. 2. Under F.R.26(b)(ii) it is hereby certified that Sri.D.Sreenivasulu, I.A.S (AP:1987) would have continued in the Super time Scale of pay of I.A.S. but for his going on leave. 3. The Member of Service shall not accept any hospitality from a foreign Government / private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. The intimation of the Member of Service that the expenditure for the visit will be borne out of his personal savings is recorded. 4. Sri.G.Sudhir, I.A.S., Special Chief Secretary to Government (AP:1977) Health, Medical & Family Welfare Dept is placed additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories Dept during the above leave period of Sri D. Sreenivasulu, I.A.S. (AP:1987). 5. The following posting is notified: On return from leave, Sri D.Sreenivasulu, I.A.S.
