Read: From the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Letter Roc.No.391/2010-D1(3), dated:22-12-2011. *** ORDER: In the letter read above, the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, while stating that the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi as a Chief Protocol Officer has to attend the high dignitaries of the judiciary from Andhra Pradesh as well as from other States in India during their visits to Tirumala and other nearby places, the Maruthi Van (AP 12G5890) allotted to him and the Ambassidor Car (AP 12E5026) allotted for protocol purposes being slow pick up vehicles, besides the Ambassador vehicle has become outdated, the High Court has decided to provide new vehicles for protocol purposes, has requested the Government to accord necessary permission, to purchase one Swift Dzire VXI (Petrol) Vehicle for use of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi at an approximate cost of Rs.5,75,000/- (including accessories) by surrendering the old Maruthi Van bearing No.AP12G5890 to the Government and to purchase one Toyota Innova 2.5 LD4D Engine(Diesel), vehicle at an approximate cost of Rs.13,50,000/- by surrendering the old Ambassador car bearing No. AP12E 5026 to the Government, duly meeting the expenditure from out of the over all savings available during the financial year 2011-12 ‘under the Major Head 2014 – “Administration of Justice”, under Minor Head 102( 04) High Court (Charged) -510 – Motor Vehicles – Detailed Sub Head 512 – Purchase of Motor Vehicles’, by way of re-appropriation and also permit him to draw the amount on Abstract Contingent Bill. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Registrar, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for purchase of (i) one Swift Dzire VXI (Petrol)Vehicle for use of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi at an approximate cost of Rs.5,75,000/-, (including accessories) by surrendering the old Maruthi Van bearing No. AP12G 5890 and (ii) one Toyota Innova 2.5 LD4D Engine (Diesel), at an approximate cost of Rs.13,50,000/- for protocol purposes at Tirupathi, in connection with the visits of high dignitaries of Judiciary by surrendering the old Ambassador car bearing No.AP12E 5026; and for meeting the expenditure from out of the over all savings available during the financial year 2011-12 ‘under the Major Head 2014- Administration of Justice, Minor Head 102 (04) High Court (Charged) -Sub Head 510 – Motor Vehicles – Detailed Sub Head 512 – Purchase of Motor Vehicles’, by way of re-appropriation, in relaxation of the orders issued on economy measures vide G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Department, dated 15-10-2011 and also permit him to draw the said amount on Abstract Contingent Bill. 3.
