Letter No.02/Admn.1/2012-12, dated 26-3-2012 received from the Administrator(FAC), Government Pleaders Office, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad. ***** O R D E R In the reference 3rd read above, the Administrator,(FAC), Government Pleaders Office, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that in the reference second read above permission was accorded to their office to incur an amount of Rs.3,48,199.50/- (Three lakhs forty eight thousand one hundred and ninty nine fifty paise only) under budget head “130-132 Office expenses” made for the financial year 2011-12, for purchase of twenty (20) Dot Matrix Printers. As per the said orders, the above said amount has been deposited with M/s APTS for supply of twenty (20) Dot Matrix Printers. M/s APTS is supplying twenty (20) TVSE MSP-455 XLC model 24 pin 136 column printers @ Rs.9,218/- for each printer. An amount of Rs.1,84,360/- is incurred for purchase of twenty (20) TVS printers. Thus balance amount of Rs.1,63,839/- is available with M/s APTS. Therefore he has requested to permit him to purchase ten (10) more TVSE printers model MSP-455 XLC model 24 pin 136 columns and fourteen (14) LCD Monitors 18.5. inches make Acer/LG/Samsung @ of Rs.5,170/- from out of balance amount of Rs.1,63,839/-(Rupees one lakh sixty three thousand eight hundred and thirty nine only) already deposited with M/s APTS. 2. In the reference first read above, Government have delegated Financial Powers to the Heads of Departments for purchase of certain common items and in the reference second read above, administrative sanction has been accorded to the Administrator, Government Pleaders Office, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad to incur an amount of Rs. 3,48,199.50/- (Rupees Three lakhs forty eight thousand one hundred and ninty nine and fifty paise only) under budget head “130-132 Office Expenses” for purchase of twenty (20) Dot Matrix Printers. 3.
