GAD.I) Department, dated: 01-02-2012. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, has requested the Government for sanction of additional funds for providing furniture and furnishing for the Official Residences of newly appointed three Administrative Members. Government have issued administrative sanction in the G.O. second read above for an amount of Rs.9.00 Lakhs (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) from the budget estimates of 2011- 2012, in relaxation of ban orders. 2. In the Letter 3rd read above, the Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, has requested the Government to sanction additional funds of Rs. 9.00 Lakhs along with the necessary sanction orders. 3. Government, vide G.O. fourth read above have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 9.00 Lakhs (Rupees Nine Lakhs Only) sanctioning additional funds under Non-Plan Scheme. 4. Government, after careful consideration, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 9.00 Lakhs (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) as additional funds for purchase of furniture, at Rs.3.00 Lakhs each, for the Official Residences of Members of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders. 5. The expenditure in this regard shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH.2014 – Administration of Justice - M.H.116 – State Administrative Tribunal - S.H. (04) – Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal – 130 – Office Expenses - 132 – Other Office Expenses” 6.
