ORDER:
In the G.Os first and second read above, initially 44 Fast Track Courts were
sanctioned by the Government in the first phase and later on remaining 42 Fast
Track Courts were sanctioned. As there were some savings due to non-functioning
of 86 Fast Track Courts with effect from 01.04.2001 and in order to utilize the
amounts so saved, the High Court recommended to the Government to sanction
22 more Fast Track Courts within the said amount. Accordingly, Government have
sanctioned 22 more Fast Track Courts at various places in the State. Accordingly,
Government have issued orders from time to time for further continuance of 108
Fast Track Courts in the State upto 31.03.2012 .
2. In the letter 4th read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra
Pradesh has inter alia requested the Government for continuance of 108 Fast
Track Courts i.e., 78 in the cadre of Additional District and Sessions Judge and 30
in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge, functioning in the State of Andhra Pradesh, for
five (5) more years beyond 31-03-2012 instead of on annual basis.
3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby decided to
continue (108) Fast Track Courts ( 78 in the cadre of Additional District and
Sessions Judge and 30 in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge) functioning in the State
for one more year beyond 31st March, 2012 i.e., from 1st April, 2012 to
31st March, 2013 .
4. The Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall
take necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department,
vide their U.O.No.2110/30/A2/SMPC.II/2012, dated:02-03-2012.
