From the RV&EO, Ananthapur, Lr. No.A/101/2010,dt 23-09-2011. * * * O R D E R :- The Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ananthapur vide reference 4th read above has stated that the Office of the Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Office, Ananthapur is located in APCOB Building, Ananthapur and occupied with effect from 01-10-2007 with a monthly rent of Rs.14,633/- in accordance to the reference 3rd read above. The APCOB Authorities are pressing for payment of building rent at the enhanced rates. 2. The Government after careful examination of the proposal of Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ananthapur and in view of the provisions contained in G.O’s. 1st & 2nd read above hereby accord permission for enhancement and fixation of revised rates of rent to the Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Office, Ananthapur which is located in APCOB Building, Ananthapur as shown here under. Sl. Particulars Amount No. Period Rs. 1. Rent to be enhanced @ Rs.14,633/- w.e.f. 01-10-2009 to X 5 %=Rs.732/- Rs.15,365/- 31-03-2011. Rent now fixed @ Rs.29,266/- per month for a carpet area of 5321 Sft. at the rate of Rs.5.50 per Sft. as per the norms fixed by the Government in the G.O. 2nd read above.:2: Subsequently the rent is enhanced as detailed below: 1. Rent enhanced @ Rs.29,266/- w.e.f. 01-04-2011 to 30-09-2011. x 5%=Rs.1,463/- Rs.30,729/- (continuation of two years period in para 2 above i.e.01-10-2009 to 30-09-2011) 2. Rent to be enhanced @ Rs.30,729/- w.e.f. 01-10-2011 to x 5%=Rs.1,536/- Rs.32,265/- 30-09-2013 3. The Expenditure shall be debited to the head of account 2070- Other Administrative Services – MH. 104 – Vigilance – SH (06) Department of Vigilance and Enforcement (DTF) -104 – Rent, Rates and Taxes – NP”. 4. The Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ananthapur shall take necessary action in the matter. 5.
