From Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, Additional Public Prosecutor, I Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam representation dated: nil. **** ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, Additional Public Prosecutor, has stated that he was appointed as Additional Public Prosecutor, 1st Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam from 09-12-2008 to 09-12-2011 on tenure basis and after the completion of his period the District Collector Khammam was extended his period till 31-01-2012 and from 31-01-2012 to 31-03-2012 and further he has requested the Government to extend his period till regular Additional Public Prosecutor is appointed for the Court of 1st Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby continue Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, Additional Public Prosecutor, I Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam as incharge for the Court of I Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam with effect from 1-4-2012 till the new Additional Public Prosecutor is appointed in the said post. 3 The District Collector, Khammam is requested to furnish a panel consisting the 5 advocates along with their bio-data particulars/antecedents etc. to Government immediately for appointment of Additional Public Prosecutor, 1st Additional District & Sessions Court, Khammam in consultation with the District Judge, Khammam without any delay. 4. The District Collector, Khammam is requested to take further action in the matter.
