CivilSurgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Hyderabad.

O R D E R:
In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the
orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a
sum of Rs. 1,720/- (Rupees one thousand seven hundred and twenty only) to Sri Pankaj
Dwivedi, I.A.S., Chief Secretary to Government towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses
incurred for the treatment of his wife for “HTN” as out patients at Govt. Civil Dispensary,
Secretariat, Hyderabad on 12.12.2011. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have
been submitted by the M.O.S. The amount of Rs.1,720/- now sanctioned has not been
sanctioned and drawn earlier.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090)
Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-
imbursement”.
3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse
the amount to the above M.O.S.
4. This order is available on Internet and can be accessed at address
