Wefare)/2011, Dated:24/11/2011.
2. Govt.Lr.No.37492/OP-VI/A2/2011-1, Dt.13/01/2012.
3. From M/s.Sreetel, Hyderabad, Lr.No.SREE/TR-01/2011-12,
Dated:21/01/2012 along with bill No.209, Dt:20/01/2011 & advance
receipt.

O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.2100/- (Rupees
Two Thousand One Hundred Only) to M/s Sreetel, Hyderabad towards supply and laid
50 meters of 5 pairs Jelly Filled Telephone cable in the office of the Hon’ble Minster for
Social Welfare , Room No.810, J-Block, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2013 Council
of Ministers – M.H.800 – Other Expenditure – S.H.(04) – Other Expenditure - 130 Office
Expenses – 132 other office expenses”.
3. The General Administration (OP.VI/Tel.Expr.) Department are requested to
draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to M/s.Sreetel, Hyderabad
Account No.04722350000045, HDFC, RTC ‘X’ Road Branch Branch, IFSC Code:
hdfc0000472, MICR Code: 500240014.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the orders in force.
