Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees
One Thousand Only) to M/s Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad towards charges
on internet service A/c. No.276729 provided at the residence of Sri Pankaj Dwivedi,
IAS, Chief Secretary to Government for the period from 01/02/2012 to 29/02/2012.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to “2052 Secretariat General Service
– M.H.090 Secretariat – S.H.(04) G.A.D. – 130 Office Expenses – 131 – Service
Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
3. The General Administration (OP.VI/Tel.Expr.)Dept. are requested to draw and
credit the sanctioned amount in para (1) above to M/s.Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd,
Hyderabad Account No.03172560000175, HDFC Bank, Jubliee Hills Branch, IFSC
Code: HDFC0000317, MICR Code:500240009.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
orders in force.
