Letter from Sri Yalamanchili Venkata Babu Rajendra Prasad, MLC with CMP No.161/CMP -MM/2012, dt. 13.1.2012. *** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal Assistants to M.L.C on deputation basis upto the cadre of Senior Assistants subject to certain conditions mentioned therein. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Yalamanchili Venkata Babu Rajendra Prasad, MLC has represented that Sri V. Balasubramanyam Yadav, who is working as Section Officer, Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department, A.P., Secretariat is known to him and he is highly qualified. Sri V. Balasubramanyam Yadav, Section Officer previously working as Personal Assistant to Hon’ble MLA is well versed in all the matters and duties relating to MLAs & MLCs. So he has desirous of utilizing his services as his Personal Assistant. Therefore, he has requested to issue necessary orders for appointment of Sri V. Balasubramanyam Yadav, Section Officer, Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department, A.P. Secretariat as his P.A. in relaxation of rules. 3. After careful examination of the matter and in relaxation of the orders issued in para 4 (ii) of the reference 1st read above, Government hereby accord permission to the Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department, A.P., Secretariat to appoint Sri V. Balasubramanyam Yadav, Section Officer, Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department, A.P. Secretariat as Personal Assistant to Sri Yalamanchili Venkata Babu Rajendra Prasad, MLC. 4.
