No. 34687/S.B.1/2011-2, Dt.21.11.2011. ***** ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Government constituted a Committee, to visit the Secretariats of Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka to study the security arrangements being followed there. The Committee shall study the security arrangements, entry of visitors, entry of vehicles/parking of the vehicles, procedure followed in allowing the Ex-Ministers/ MLAs/MLCs/MPs and their followers and issue of passes etc., and to submit a report to Government. It has also been stipulated that the T.A./D.A and other expenditure, if any, shall be borne by the respective Departments. The said Committee consists with the following Members. (i) Jt.Secretary to Govt. (Genl.) GAD / Asst.Secy.(Genl.) GAD. (ii) D.G.( SPF) or his representative (iii) I.G.(Intelligence) or his representative (nominated DSP (Intelligence). (iv) Chief Security Officer ( CSO) Secretariat (v) President or Secretary of A.P. Secretariat Association. (vi) President or Secretary, TGOs Association. 22.. Out of the 7 Members of the Committee constituted vide G.O. 2nd read above, the Joint Secretary to Govt. (Genl.) GAD and the DIG (SPF) are eligible for Air Travel. The Inspector General (Intelligence) nominated Deputy Superintendent of Police (Intelligence) as his nominee. 33.. Government after careful examination of the issue, hereby permit the following Members of the Committee to travel by Air, to the Secretariats of other States, in relaxation of orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.113, Finance (TA) Dept., dated 10.6.2011 and G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM.I) Dept., dated 15.10.2011:- (i) Assistant Secretary (General) GAD. (ii) Deputy Superintendent of Police (Intelligence). (iii) Chief Security Officer ( CSO) Secretariat (iv) President or Secretary of A.P.Secretariat Association. (v) President or Secretary, TGOs Association. 44.. The expenditure shall be borne by the respective Departments where the Committee Members are drawing their pay and allowances. 55.. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (TA) Rules, vide their U.O.No.3153/12/TA/2012, dated 09.02.2012.
