GENERAL ADMINSTRATION (SR) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 624 Dated: 10.2.2012 Read the following: G.O.Ms.No. 107, Fin(TA) Deptt., dated 7.4.2010. ***** ORDER: In accordance with the orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure for an amount of Rs. 2250/- ( Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only) towards payment of conveyance charges at the rate of Rs.50/- per day to the staff for the period from 28.11.2011 to 5.12.2011 as shown in the Annexure to this order for having attended the office beyond normal working hours in connection with the work relating the Bill to further amend the A.P. Payment of Salaries, Pension and Removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 including public holidays on the dates shown against their names in the Annexure. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat- General Services- M.H. 090- Secretariat- S.H. (04) 130 Office expenses, 132- Other office expenses.” 3. The General Administration (Claims.C ) Department are authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in para one above and disburse the same to the individuals concerned. 4. Certified that the instructions issued in Memo No. 2472/44/TA/79-1, dt.23.7.1979, Finance & Planning (Finance.T.A.) Department have been kept in view while according sanction for the above conveyance charges. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
