From the Director of Medical Education, Lr.Dis.No.8023(1)/MA/2012, dt. 8-2-2012. <<>> O R D E R: In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of a sum of Rs.64,454/- (Rupees sixty four thousand four hundred and fifty four only) to Sri M.V.Rama Raju, Assistant Secretary to Govt., General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his treatment for “Dyslipidemia, Lacunar infarct Bilateral Frontal, Region Esophagitis” at Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals, Hyderabad as in patient during the period from 26.1.2012 to 28.1.2012 The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the Officer. The amount of Rs.64,454/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. . 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above Officer. 4.
