Read the following:‐ From Sri P.Gautam Kumar, IPS (RR:1975), Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department, letter dated 13.01.2012 ****** O R D E R:‐ Under the AIS (Leave) Rules, 1955, sanction is accorded to Sri P. Gautam Kumar, IPS (RR:1975), Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department, for availing (26) days Earned Leave from 13.02.2012 to 09.03.2012 with permission to prefix and suffix public holidays on 11th & 12th February, and 10th & 11th of March, 2012 . Permission is also accorded to the Member of Service to visit Redmond, U.S.A. on private affairs from 11.2.2012 to 11.3.2012. 2. The expenditure of Rs.1,50,000/‐ as declared by the Member of Service for the visit to Redmond, U.S.A. shall be borne by him from his personal savings, in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, in their letter No.11019/6/2001 AIS.III dated 07.0.2003/4.8.2003 read with letter dated 05.12.2007. The Member of Service shall not accept any hospitality from a foreign Government/ private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. 3. Under F.R.26 (b) (ii), it is certified that Sri P.Gautam Kumar, IPS (RR:75), would have officiated in the Above Super time HAG + scale of Rs.75500 ‐ 80000/‐ + Grade Pay of Rs.‐nil‐, in the rank of Director General of Police during the above period, but for his going on leave. 4. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter to make entries in the Service Register of the Member of Service accordingly. 5. Sri Ajoyendra Pyal, IAS, Additional Director General, Dr. MCR HRD Institute of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, General Administration (AR&T) Department is kept in full additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary to Government, (Police), Home Department during the above period. 6. The following posting is notified: ‐ On return from leave Sri P.GAUTAM KUMAR, IPS (RR:75), is re‐posted as ‘Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department’.
