ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Information and
Public Relations, Hyderabad in his letter read above, Government hereby
ratify the action of the Commissioner, Information and Public Relations in
placing Smt Y. Damayanthi, Superintendent, O/o Regional Joint Director,
Zone.III, Ongole in full additional charge of the post of Divisional Public
Relations Officer, Tenali from 04-03-2011 to 03-09-2011.
2. Government also accorded sanction under FR 49 for payment of additional
pay to Smt Y. Damayanthi, Superintendent, O/o Regional Joint Director, Zone.
III, Ongole from 04-06-2011 FN to 03-09-2011 AN @ 1/10th of his
substantive pay or 1/4th of the minimum pay attached to the additional post
held whichever is less for having held full additional charge of the post of
Divisional Public Relations Officer, Tenali during the above period.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department.
