Payment of an amount of Rs.2,170/- towards the cost of Newspaper supplied at
the o/o the Chief Electoral Officer & Principal Secretary to Government during the
month of January, 2012 – Sanctioned - Orders – Issued.

249, dated 01-02-2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.2,170/-
(Rupees Two thousand one hundred and seventy only) to “M/s. Raghavendra
News Paper Service, Hyderabad” towards the cost of Newspapers supplied at the
o/o Chief Electoral Officer & Prl. Secretary to Government, G.A.(Elections)
Department during the month of January, 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to “2015
Elections – M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 130
Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses” and shall be met out of the
budget provided under B.E 2011-2012.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to
prepare a bill and credit the amount in favour of “M/s. Raghavendra News Paper
Service, Hyderabad” in A/c.No.30041210000271, Syndicate Bank, 5-9-57/1,
Basheerbagh, Hyderabad (IFCS Code: SYNB0003004 – Bank Code: 500025011).
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department
under the orders in force.
