O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,713/-
(Rupees One thousand seven hundred and thirteen only) to the Accounts Officer
(Cash), B.S.N.L., PGMTD, Hyderabad towards payment of Telephone charges of
the Call Center at the office of Chief Electoral Officer & Principal Secretary to
Government, G.A (Elections) Department for the period from 01.01.2012 to
31.01.2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to
“2015 Elections – M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office –
130 Office Expenses – 131 Service postage, Telegram & Telephone
Charges” and shall be met from out of the budget available in B.E 2011-12.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to
prepare a bill and credit the amount in favour of AO CASH MAIN BSNL,
Hyderabad, Account No.CBCA01000076, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar
bazaar, Hyderabad. (IFSC Code: CORP0000043) (MICR Code – 500017007)
under intimation to this Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department
under the orders in force.
