O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,672/- (Rupees One
thousand six hundred and seventy two only) to the Accounts Officer, (CMTS) B.S.N.L.,
Hyderabad towards payment for usage of Internet data card by the Chief Electoral
Officer and Principal Secretary to Government, General Administration (Elections)
Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections –
M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 130 Office Expenses
– 131 Service postage, Telegram & Telephone Charges” and shall be met from out
of the budget provided under B.E 2011-2012.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to prepare an bill and
credit the amount in favour of Accounts Officer CASH MAIN B.S.N.L, Account
Number: CBCA01000034, Corporation Bank, Hyderguda Branch, Hyderabad,
IFSC Code – CORP0000276, MICR Code - 500017004 under intimation this
Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the
orders in force.
