G.O.Rt.No.5817, G.A (Elecs.C) Dept., dt.28.12.2011. *** O R D E R In accordance with the orders issued in the G.O’s 1st & 4th read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) being one month remuneration at the rate of Rs.30,000/- per month for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012 to Sri G.Vara Prasad , Project Manager GIS for utilizing his services in General Administration (Elections) Department. 2) The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH-2015 Elections – MH-103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituency – 280 Professional Services - 284 Other Payments” and shall be met from out of the funds released vide U.O.Note 2nd read above. 3) The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above, and credit the amount in favour of Sri G. Vara Prasad, Hyderabad Account No.053310011015473, Andhra Bank, LIC Office Branch, Opp Secretariat, Saifabad, Hyderabad. (IFSC Code: ANDB0000533) under intimation of this Department. 4) This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
