Open Schools Society, Jawahar Bal Bhavan, A.P. Mahila Samata Society, SIET, Public Libraries, SCERT, A.P. Text Book Press. 4) Minister for Finance, Planning, Small Savings, State Lotteries. 5) Minister for Civil Supplies, Food & Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology & Legislative Affairs. 6) Minister for Law & Courts. 2. The Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health Medical & Family Welfare Department and the Principal Secretary, School Education Department shall be the Convenors in respect of their Departments. 3. The Group of Ministers shall submit its report to the Government within one month.
