From the A&C (FP.I) Deptt., U.O.No.13317/FPI(2)/11, Dtd. 25.11.2011. 5. Memo. No.609 /SC.X/ A1/2011-1&2,G.A.(SC.X)Deptt., Dated: 01.12.2011 & 10.01.2012. 6. From CSS, GCD,A.P.Sectt, Hyd letter Rc.No. 117/CDS/12, Dtd. 20.01.2012 & 24.01.2012. ** * ORDER: The A&C (FP.I) Deptt., have forwarded the medical bills in respect of Smt. V.Usha Rani, I.A.S., Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad for Rs. 20,430/- & Rs.24,515/-, towards treatment obtained for her daughter for “diagnosis of the disease”, as out patient during the period from 07.09.2011 to 04.10.2011 and on 08.10.2011 at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad and NIMS, Hyderabad respectively and requested to sanction the reimbursement of medical expenses to the Member of Service in terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd cited. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Sectt., Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and issued two scrutiny reports separately and indicated that the amounts of Rs. 24,515/- & Rs. 20,430/- are admissible for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 44,945/- ( Rupees forty four thousand nine hundred and forty five only) to Smt. V. Usha Rani, I.A.S., towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for the treatment obtained for her daughter for “diagnosis of the disease”, as Out patient during the period from 07.09.2011 to 04.10.2011 and on 08.10.2011, at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad and NIMS, Hyderabad, under the All India Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954 and as per the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st & 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Office of the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para three above to Smt.V.Usha Rani, I.A.S., duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders on the subject.
