ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, post-facto permission
is hereby accorded to Sri Aditya Nath Das, IAS (AP:87), Secretary to Government,
I&CAD Department to participate in the International Conference on “Leading
Organizational Transformation for Effective Service Delivery” on 10th and 11th
February, 2012 at Chennai.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
