The period of absence of the above Members of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the officers will draw their grade pay and allowances which they would have drawn but for their visit to Dubai. The above Members of Service are requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated 31-08- 2000 read with Circular Memo No. 32876-B/149/A2/TA/2002, dated 06-11-2002 for drawal of T.A & D.A. 3. The above Members of Service shall submit a report of their visit to Government about the experience gained and usefulness of the visit. 4. The expenditure on the tour of the Officers will be met from the Foreign Travel expenses allocated to Intelligence Department for the year 2011-2012. 5. The Director General of Police, shall make necessary arrangements for the posts held by the above Officers during their above visit to Dubai. 6.
