Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad during the period from 10.10.2011 to 09.01.2012, as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2052– Secretariat General Services - MH(090) Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department – (010) – Salaries – 017 – Medical reimbursement.” 3.
