Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of Rs.7,343/- (Rs.6,574/- + Rs.769/-)
(Rupees Seven thousand Three hundred and Forty three only) to M/s. 9 Star Xerox, Hyderabad
towards charges of Xeroxing and Comb Binding for the use of General Administration
(GPM&AR) Department.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to “2052 Secretariat General Services – MH.
090 Secretariat - SH.04 General Administration Department - 130 Office Expenses –
132 Other Office Expenses”.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw a
crossed cheque in the name of the firm and hand it over to General Administration
(OP.III) Department for forwarding the same to the above firm.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of F inance (FW) Department vide
their U.O.Note No.39532/A/322/A2/TFR/96, Dated:20.09.1997.
