O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,722/- (Rupees
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty two only) to “M/s Bharti Airtel Limited,
Hyderabad” towards cellular phone charges on cell phone bearing no. 9177733374 for
the period from 08.01.2012 to 07.02.2012, being used by Sri Bhanwar Lal, IAS, CEO &
Principal Secretary to Govt, General Administration (Elections) Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections
– M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 130 Office Expenses
– 131 Service postage, Telegram & Telephone Charges” and shall be met from out
of the funds available under B.E 2011-12.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to obtain a
cheque in favour of M/s Bharti Airtel Limited, Hyderabad, Account
No.000805002144, ICICI Bank Limited, 6-2-1012, OPP. Institute of Engineers, Raj
Bhavan Road, Khairatabad, Hyderabad – 500008. (IFSC Code: ICIC0000008)
(MICR Code – 500229002) under intimation to this Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the
orders in force.
