Ltd., Hyderabad Invoice No.3057861, dt:02-02-2012. *** ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad was requested to provide Internet leased lines to ERMS Services at General Administration (Elections) Department. Accordingly, the agency has provided Internet leased lines to ERMS Services and furnished the invoice for an amount of Rs.1,76,480/- including all Taxes and requested for arranging payment in the reference 4th read above. 2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction of payment of an amount of Rs.1,76,480/- (Rupees One lakh seventy six thousand four hundred and eighty only) to M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad towards charges for providing Internet leased line 1:1 12M to ERMS Services at General Administration (Elections) Department. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls - S.H. (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 130 Office Expenses / 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges” and shall be met from out of the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour of “M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad” A/c No.03172560000175, HDFC Bank Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, IFSC Code No: HDFC0000317, MICR Code No: 500240009. 5. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now released in relaxation of Freezing orders issued vide Memo 1st read above. 6.
