Ltd., Hyderabad Invoices No.2919629 & 2919390, dt:30-01-2012. *** ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad was requested to provide Internet leased lines to ERMS Services at General Administration (Elections) Department. Accordingly, the agency has provided Internet leased lines to ERMS Services and furnished the invoices for an amount of Rs.1,15,815/- including all Taxes and requested for arranging payment in the reference 4th read above. 2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction of payment of an amount of Rs.1,15,815/- (Rupees One lakh fifteen thousand eight hundred and fifteen only) to M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad towards charges for providing Internet leased line of Fuel 7500 12M & Fuel 3000 12M to ERMS Services at General Administration (Elections) Department. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters - S.H. (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters – 130 Office Expenses / 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges” and shall be met from out of the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour of “M/s Beam Telecom Private Limited, Hyderabad” A/c No.03172560000175, HDFC Bank Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, IFSC Code No: HDFC0000317, MICR Code No: 500240009.
