Shivaji, Municipal Commissioner, Parvathipuram Municipality, Dt. 2.6.2011. # # # O R D E R ::- The Section Officers, viz., Sri N. Sivaji working as Municipal Commissioners and Sri A.V. Ramana Murthy working as Commercial Tax Officer and Sri B. Janardhana Rao, Section Officer in Finance (Works & Projects) Department were forfeited their right of promotion to the post of Assistant Secretary to Government for the panel year 2009-10 for non- joining in their promotion posts. Subsequently, they were considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Secretary to Government in the panel year 2010-11 also, as per G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated 15-6-2004 and accordingly awarded promotion to the post of Assistant Secretary to Government vide the G.Os read above. But, they have not joined the post of Assistant Secretary to Government with in the stipulated time of 15 days. Though, they have considered for two successive panel years and awarded promotion to the post of Assistant Secretary to Government, they were not joined the promotion post of Assistant Secretary to Government within the stipulated time of 15 days as stated above. 2) After careful examination of the matter in the light of instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser-D) Department, dt: 15-6-2004, and clarificatory instructions issued vide Circular Memo. No. 10445/Ser.D/2011, dt. 1.6.2011, Government hereby order that the Section officers viz., Sri N. Sivaji working as Municipal Commissioner and Sri A.V. Ramana Murthy working as Commercial Tax Officer and Sri B. Janardhana Rao, Section Officer in Finance (Works & Projects) Department have foregone permanently their right of promotion to the post of Assistant Secretary to Government consequent on their non- joining in the promoted post of Assistant Secretary to Government in two successive panel years i.e. 2009-10 and 2010-11. (P.T.O): 2 : 3) The Departments concerned are requested to take necessary immediate action to communicate these orders to the individuals and send a copy of acknowledgment to this Department for record. 4) The Departments concerned are also requested make an entry accordingly in their Service Register.
