G.O.Rt.No.164, G.A.(Elections.D) Dept., Dated:11.01.2012. 2. From the AAO/ERO.V bill dated:07.02.2012. O R D E R : In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued sanctioning an amount of Rs.259/- towards the Electricity Consumption Charges in respect of Election Godown situated at A.C.Guards, Hyderabad against SC.No.C2007127, A.C.100101 for the months of November and December, 2011. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Asst. Accounts Officer, ERO-V, Mint Compound, Hyderabad has sent the latest Electricity bill dated:07.02.2012 for an amount of Rs.262 /- (Rupees Two hundred and sixty two only) for the month of January, 2012. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.262/- (Rupees Two hundred and sixty two only) towards the payment of Electricity Consumption Charges in respect of the Election Godown situated at A.C.Guards, Hyderabad against SC.No.C2007127, A.C.100101 for the month of January, 2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to 2015 – Elections – MH 102 – Electoral Officers – SH (01) Head Quarters Office – 130 – Office Expenses – 133 – Water and Electricity Charges and shall be met from out of the funds provided in Budget Estimate 2011-2012. 5. General Administration (Election.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 and credit the amount in favour of “Assistant Accounts Officer, Electricity Revenue Officer-V, Mint Compound, Hyderabad in A/C No.008010200057424, Axis Bank, Hyderabad Main Branch, Hyderabad. (IFSC Code-UTIB0000008 and MICR Code- 500211008). 6. This orders does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the orders in force.
